Big Bike Weekend is a vibrant, multigenerational celebration of cycling across Sarnia–Lambton. The weekend begins on Saturday with the children's favorite Kids Bike Rally, where young riders take centre stage. It is followed on Sunday afternoon with the Slow Roll, a relaxed, family-friendly ride that brings cyclists of all ages together concluding with a Social Get to Gether at the Sarina Legion.
Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist, a weekend rider, or just learning to pedal, Big Bike Week end offers something for everyone - uniting our community through movement, sustainability, and the joy of two wheels.

Now in its 5th year, our Slow Roll is a large, free, and inclusive 10KM community ride designed to promote a safe cycling culture in Sarnia-Lambton.
Open to all ages, abilities, and bike types, this social ride includes a police escort and ride marshals, making it safe and stress-free. More than just a bike ride, it’s a celebration of connection and community.
With over 1,000 participants expected, the route will highlight key bike lanes and paths that help cyclists travel safely through our city.
The BIG Slow Roll is free to all but in lieu of a registration fees, participants are encouraged to donate to Big Brothers Big Sisters in Sarnia.

Back for its 3rd annual year, this fun-filled day is for Boys & Girls 4 - 12 years old

Kids Bike Rally - Hosted by nuSarnia
Location: Canatara Park, Sarnia, ON
Kids can take on obstacle courses, decorate their bikes, visit vendor booths and head out on a trail ride with their parents or guardians. Along the route, they’ll visit community organization booths, answer bike safety questions, and collect stamps in their Kids Bike Rally Passport.
With a completed passport, registants will have a change to spin the wheel to win a NEW bike, helments & more!
Helmets are required – so bring your bike, your water bottle and your energy, and get ready to roll into another day of adventure, creativity, and smiles.
